We hope that all our customers feel at home in our shop, we do not believe in pushy sales techniques or up-selling. Our goal is to have customers leave with what they came in for. 

One to One Support

If you require our staff can become your personal shopper for the duration of the visit. They can provide honest opinions,  suggestions, pull out rolls, or point you in the right direction.

Design Realisation

We have thousands of rolls of fabrics that can be viewed during your visit. If you like, we can take them outside, hang them up or provide you with samples to try at home.


A lot of our quality fabrics are clearance, meaning their supply is limited. To avoid disappointment, we will save fabrics without obligation so that customers can have some time to decide.

Remote Shopping

We do not have an online shop because we have a vast amount of clearance fabric that must be seen in person. 

However, we can help customers remotely, send us an email, pick up the phone, or fill in the remote shopping form and a member of staff will provide assistance on a personal one to one level.

Professional Advice

We stand out from ordering fabric online because of our fabulous staff members, who can talk through your requirements and offer advice. There is nothing personal about an online calculator, and even in this modern day, we are going continue to be traditional, personal and bespoke.

Made to Measure

We have a team of professional curtain and blind makers who make bespoke items for our customers. We act as the middle man, our staff will take your measurements, calculate quantities and provide you with a quote. If you proceed, we will manage your order until it’s ready to collect. 

Please Note: Unfortunately, we do not offer a measuring or fitting service.
